Dean Smith's health forces Feinstein to drop book idea

Last week the Fayetteville Observer came out with a report that outlined Smith's fading memory, saying that on bad days he doesn't recognize people he has known for years. Another sad note came this week when best-selling sports author John Feinstein wrote on his blog that Smith's health caused him to abandon the biography he was writing.
