UNC trudges on through injuries

Ty Lawson's health isn't the only medical concern facing North Carolina coach Roy Williams entering today's game against Virginia Tech at the Smith Center. Williams said that if the Tar Heels and Hokies squared off at around 2 p.m. on Friday - the start time of his news conference at the Dean Dome - that four of UNC's top seven players wouldn't have been available.
