Jets claim Brooks Foster on waivers from Rams

The New York Jets claimed wide receiver Brooks Foster off waivers from the St. Louis Rams on Tuesday. Foster, who was a fifth-round draft pick of the Rams last year, was released by St. Louis on Sunday. The wide receiver spent the entire season on injured reserve after undergoing ankle surgery when he was injured in a preseason game. He played his college ball at the University of North Carolina.
