Quentin Thomas continues to fill critical position

The bulk of Quentin Thomas’ four years in Chapel Hill have been spent watching late-game drama unfold. But with starting point guard Ty Lawson sidelined with a high ankle sprain and Lawson’s main backup, junior Bobby Frasor, lost for the season with a torn knee ligament, Thomas has found himself in the middle of it, trying to help the Tar Heels keep pace with first-place Duke in the ACC.
