Quentin Thomas continues to fill critical position

But with starting point guard sidelined with a high ankle sprain and Lawson’s main backup, junior , lost for the season with a torn knee ligament, Thomas has found himself in the middle of it, trying to help the Tar Heels keep pace with first-place Duke in the ACC.
