UNC faces one of the top points guards in the league Tuesday in Virginia’s Sean Singletary, and it’s unclear how many opposing point guards the Tar Heels will have to throw at him. Not only is starter Ty Lawson expected to miss his third straight game with a sprained left ankle, but Marcus Ginyard — the starting small forward who has also been serving as back-up point guard — sprained his right ankle during Sunday’s first half.
