Rutgers can't find rhythm against UNC

Tom Savage, who spent the afternoon getting bruised and battered by North Carolina's relentless pass rush, was in position to lift Rutgers to a dramatic victory. Twice. Both times the Scarlet Knights' sophomore quarterback failed to deliver as North Carolina defeated Rutgers, 17-13, before 52,038 fans at Rutgers Stadium on Saturday. (My Central Jersey)
