Greg Paulus scored 18, on a career-high six three-pointers, as second-ranked Duke won a battle of Atlantic Coast Conference heavyweights, 89-78, over No. 3 North Carolina. Jon Scheyer added 17 points and Kyle Singler chipped in 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Blue Devils, who took advantage of an injured Ty Lawson to beat North Carolina for the first time in the last four meetings.
