Just when North Carolina seemed to tap a new spring in the bottomless reservoir of resilience that has marked its season, Virginia Tech reminded everyone at Kenan Stadium who rules the ACC. The 16th-ranked Hokies subdued UNC 26-10 on Saturday to take a step closer to their fourth Coastal Division title in six years and a trip to Charlotte for the conference championship game.
