Wolfpack blitz key to win over Tar Heels

UNC lost to N.C. State 29-25. What needs work: The pass protection broke down, with N.C. State's blitzing scheme netting seven sacks, and so did the play-calling, particularly inside the 20-yard line. The play-action pass that netted T.J. Yates' touchdown pass to tight end Christian Wilson in the fourth quarter is the type of play that traditionally works near the end zone. (Charlotte Observer)
