There’s a certain amount of dread that grips Ty Lawson when he realizes wholesale substitutions are coming off North Carolina’s bench, and that feeling arrived in earnest during Thursday night’s first half. But from that angry Roy Williams sideline moment on, the fourth-ranked and fresh-legged Tar Heels took their coach’s ire out on Boston College. And that funneled into a 91-69 North Carolina rout of the Eagles. (Burlington Times News)
