LB Keeon Virgile visiting Nebraska this weekend
Posted Jan 22, 2011
Another [visitor this weekend] is linebacker Keeon Virgile, a 6-foot-1,185-pounder from North Miami Beach, who was planning to be in Lincoln today. Virgile was originally being recruited by Mike Ekeler. But since Ekeler left for Indiana, the linebacker has been talking more with Carl Pelini and Tim Beck. Virgile told Scout.com one player he'd liked to talk to on the visit is Lavonte David, a native of Miami who just set the Husker record for most tackles in a season.
