Lesson learned

It was before the Georgia Tech game last year that Ty Lawson began to appreciate the value of practice. Roy Williams had to throw him out of one to make it happen. But, sure enough, Lawson came around. Nearly a year later, UNC's point guard has a different perspective on practice as the top-ranked Tar Heels (17-0, 2-0 ACC) prepare to face Georgia Tech (7-8, 1-1) tonight at the Alexander Memorial Coliseum (9 p.m., ESPN).
