DT Quinton Alton Transferring from UNC

Redshirt freshman defensive tackle Quinton Alton has left the football team and plans to transfer, a UNC official confirmed on Friday. The Memphis, Tenn. native redshirted the 2010 season and was listed as third on the depth chart at his position for the 2011 spring season.
