LB Shakeel Rashad, OL Jon Heck to stick with UNC football commitment

The firing of former North Carolina head football coach didn't make a recruiting ripple on the First Coast. Two area athletes committed to the Tar Heels remain as firm to the program as they were two days ago. Episcopal outside linebacker and Bolles offensive tackle both restated their decision to attend North Carolina following the surprising timing of Davis' dismissal. "I still consider myself a solid commitment to North Carolina," Rashad said. (Florida Times-Union)
