Soccer America Taps Courtney Jones As Player of the Week

A day after earning ACC co-player of the week honors, senior forward Courtney Jones of the North Carolina women's soccer team was named Wednesday as the Soccer America Player of the Week for August 22-28, 2011. Jones scored the game-winning goal in dramatic fashion in the 96th minute of last Friday's matchup between the Tar Heels and defending NCAA champion Notre Dame
