Ty Lawson could sit out again
Posted Dec 1, 2007
North Carolina point guard Ty Lawson insists he’ll be ready to play this afternoon when his top-ranked Tar Heels tip-off against Kentucky. His Hall of Fame coach, however, will have the final say at Rupp Arena. “Ty says he’s going to play,” Tar Heels coach Roy Williams said. “But I get paid a lot of money to make those decisions. So if he is limping around, I’m not going to play him. That’s the bottom line.”
