As the commanding officer of the USS Carl Vinson, Capt. Bruce Lindsey is the host of Friday's Carrier Classic, but he's anything but impartial. Not only did Lindsey spend his final year of high school in Reidsville after his Navy father retired to a farm in Caswell County, his daughter Blair is a senior at North Carolina. "I will admit, I came from North Caorlina, I’m rooting from North Carolina," Lindsey said. (Raleigh News & Observer)
