North Carolina Advances To ACC Women's Soccer Semifinals


UNC's stout defense held Clemson to four shots and three different forwards scored for the Tar Heels as top-seeded UNC downed eighth-seeded Clemson Wednesday afternoon in the quarterfinals of the 2007 ACC Tournament at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. The Tar Heels improve to 16-3 on the season with their ninth straight win and they will play in the tournament semifinals Friday at 5 p.m. (Tar Heel Blue)
