One of North Carolina’s concerns entering its game against No. 20 Virginia on Saturday? A short bench because guard P.J. Hairston was sidelined with a sore foot. One of the positives after the fifth-ranked Tar Heels’ 70-52 win? The bench, as forward James Michael McAdoo, wing Justin Watts and point guard Stilman White combined for a better-than-expected 11 points and 10 rebounds.
