ACC reprimands UNC with verbal slap on the wrist

The ACC issued a public reprimand to North Carolina on Friday for the major NCAA rules violations committed by its football program. In terms of severity, the reprimand is nothing more than a light slap on the wrist compared to the penalties already imposed on the Tar Heels.
