Four Tar Heels ranked in top-11 of NBA mock draft

In his latest NBA mock draft, ESPN Insider Chad Ford ranks North Carolina's quartet of players in his top 11 -- and predicts that the Tar Heels' top two scorers will be chosen by Portland.
