6. Reggie Bullock, North Carolina: There weren’t a lot of shots available for Bullock after the Tar Heels’ four likely first-round picks got done with each Tar Heels possession, so his ability to be a difference-maker was muted in his sophomore year. He will be good this season because Carolina hasn’t much choice. He must be good. (Sporting News)
