Expansion reset: Where FSU, the Big 12 and ACC currently stand

In all seriousness, the past 48 hours have been one wild roller coaster ride for Florida State (the wildest in three years?) and its current conference partner, the ACC, and the supposed conference suitor on-the-side, the Big 12. For fans of the university’s athletic programs, as well as fans of teams within the current “footprint” of both conferences, the last two days have been similarly harrowing, similarly dramatic.
