Top 25 college basketball teams for 2012-13

We could have given you a preseason top 25 for the next college basketball season on the day after the Final Four ended. We decided to wait until now, when the NBA early entry issues were resolved and nearly all of the top recruits had chosen schools. 11. North Carolina Tar Heels: Small forward Reggie Bullock must prove himself as a double-figure scorer and might have to play some up front, as well. (Sporting News)
