High expectations are the only UNC basketball certainty in 2012-13

The UNC basketball team will be ranked as one of the nation’s top 10 and will be on the short list of favorites to win yet another ACC championship when the 2012-13 season begins. That’s just the way it always is. But as the Tar Heels have learned in recent years, not even the words “North” and “Carolina” stitched across the jersey can guarantee those high expectations will turn into results.
