Maybe this sort of thing is to be expected at this point from the Tar Heels. Not the terrible performance during the first half. Not coming out flat. Not playing, as coach observed, without toughness or intelligence. But the reality, though, is that the Heels are an evolving team. They’re going to look good at times.
