You see, when it comes to the rivalry between N.C. State and North Carolina, this restaurant - which is at least a 90-minute drive from either campus - may be ground zero. Opened in 1991 by a husband and wife whose N.C. State allegiances were tested when their daughter chose to go to college in Chapel Hill, it's a celebration of the fractured loyalties of this Robeson County town of just over 2,000 residents.
