Eve Carson's killer to be resentenced

The N.C. Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that Laurence Lovette, one of two men convicted in the death of former UNC student body president Eve Carson, will be resentenced because his sentence of life without parole was too harsh for someone under 18 at the time of the crime. (WRAL.com)
