Offense Lights Up Scrimmage

As surprising as it may sound, North Carolina’s offense fueled the program’s first scrimmage of spring ball in front of nearly 1,000 fans at Mallard Creek High School on Thursday. The Tar Heels ran roughly 140 plays during the two-hour scrimmage in near-freezing temperatures. The scoreboard was heavily skewed in the offense’s favor.
