Emotions will be high for Pirates, Tar Heels

Some of the players on East Carolina have played with or against many of the players on the North Carolina sidelines. North Carolina defensive back Quinton Person and offensive lineman Morgan Randall played high school football in Greenville. ECU junior defensive lineman Khalif Mitchell has a more immediate connection with the Tar Heels. He played two years in Chapel Hill before transferring to ECU.
