Irish and No. 1 UNC end up in a deadlock

Sunday's women's soccer exhibition between top-ranked North Carolina and No. 2 Notre Dame had everything a coach or a fan could want. Except a winner. From the fan's perspective, the action between the two rivals was far from "exhibition-quality". In fact, it was an end-to-end physical battle that showcased several outstanding plays before a late goal by Kerri Hanks allowed the Irish get a come-from-behind 2-2 tie.
