Kobe Bryant says he would have played for North Carolina, not Duke

Kobe Bryant went straight from high school to the NBA, joining the Los Angeles Lakers following a trade from the Charlotte Hornets, who selected him with the 13th pick in the 1996 draft. If Bryant had decided to attend college, where would he have gone? Duke? North Carolina? He switched his answer to a lighter shade of blue Thursday. (Fayetteville Observer)
