Chin down, shoulders slumped, the redness just beginning to flee from his watery eyes, Eric Ebron sat alone. The star tight end settled in at the top of the Kenan Football Center to field questions about his record-setting day, his one-handed catch, his 71-yard touchdown — none of which he’ll want to answer. That’s not supposed to be the scene for a player who just had the finest day of his career.
