Ty Lawson should be "one of the leading candidates" for All-Star, Brian Shaw says

Let the campaigning for Ty Lawson's All-Star bid begin. Nuggets coach Brian Shaw was asked if he thought his starting point guard deserved to be voted in. "Definitely," Shaw said Friday. "You take his numbers and he's right up there at the top. And his team is winning." Lawson is averaging career highs in points (19.3) and assists (8.2), and is tied for a career high in rebounds (3.7) .
