If you’ve been wondering how North Carolina will get in its NCAA-allotted 15 postseason practices before the Belk Bowl on Dec. 28, the first thing you should know is that guideline is a myth that’s been perpetrated by the media. The “15 bowl practice max” myth likely emerged from the NCAA’s spring practice guidelines, which limit teams to 15 practices within a period of 34 consecutive days.
