Future looks bright for Tar Heels
Posted Jun 25, 2007
Carolina must regroup and look toward the future. They will most likely lose the core of the past two years' CWS runner-up squads, with Josh Horton, Andrew Carignan, Reid Fronk and Benji Johnson all expected to sign professional contracts. There is talent coming, back, though. Chad Flack will be back at third base. National freshman of the year Dustin Ackley will wow Chapel Hill fans with his bat for another season.
