Tar Heels Welcome UNCW, Buzz Peterson Tuesday

North Carolina (9-3) will welcome home one of its own on Tuesday afternoon when former Tar Heel guard Buzz Peterson (UNC '85) brings his UNC Wilmington team to Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels and Seahawks will tip off their New Year's Eve date just after 5 p.m. in the Smith Center. ESPNU will televise the game nationally with Roy Philpott (play-by-play) and Bob Valvano (analyst) on the call. (GoHeels.com)
