Boston's Andrew Miller puts best foot forward
Posted Jan 12, 2014
Andrew Miller does not play the what-if game. He doesn’t ask himself what would’ve happened if he hadn’t wild-pitched Chris Iannetta to second with two strikes on J.B. Shuck in Anaheim at the start of July. He doesn’t question how he spun toward home to cover the plate on Shuck’s ensuing single. And he certainly doesn’t let the season-ending foot injury he suffered that night ruin an otherwise tremendous season.
