UNC Women Slide in Basketball Polls While Men Remain Unranked

The North Carolina women’s basketball team fell to No. 13 in the latest AP Top 25 poll released Monday. The 17-5 Tar Heels dropped seven places after a rough week containing a pair of home losses to Syracuse and Miami. As for the men, despite a successful week that included a win at Georgia Tech and a home victory over rival N.C. State, the Tar Heels remain unranked at 14-7. (Chapelboro.com)
