Officials watching weather ahead of UNC-Duke basketball game
Posted Feb 11, 2014
Officials are keeping an eye on the weather forecast ahead of the big UNC vs. Duke basketball game set for Wednesday night. "We are monitoring the situation with the ACC. The league's policy is that if the teams and officials can get to the site safely then the game should be played. No changes can be made until at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the game," said UNC's Steve Kirschner.
