VFY Connects Area Youth, UNC Footballers
Posted Jun 11, 2007
Members of the UNC football team spent time with area youths on Saturday at Finley Golf Course as part of the Seventh Annual Volunteers For Youth Golf Clinic. "Anything you can do in your community is always good," said senior defensive lineman Kentwan Balmer. "The fellas and I started coming out here to make the kids feel great. It makes them feel good; it makes you feel good. [These kids] are our future, and we like to help out."
