Over the weekend, UNC made its final trip to College Park, MD taking two of three from the soon-to-be-departed Maryland Terrapins. Trent Thornton pitched sevens shutout innings to move to 5-0 on the season. Mike Zengel hit a pair of home runs and Joe Dudek added one of his own. The Heels will face their first true test in ACC play this weekend when Georgia Tech comes to Chapel Hill.
