Right-hander and three relievers combined on a five-hit shutout, and first baseman went 3-for-4 with two RBI to lead No. 4 North Carolina to a 9-0 win over Elon Tuesday at Latham Park. In their first action since an eight-day break for final exams, the Tar Heels (38-10) won for the sixth time in the last seven games and posted their fourth straight victory over the Phoenix (27-24).
