Former UNC football player Devon Ramsay to testify at US Senate hearing
Posted Jul 9, 2014
Former UNC football player Devon Ramsay will be one of six people to testify Wednesday during a U.S. Senate committee hearing on whether the NCAA is fulfilling its mission. Despite not violating any rules, Ramsay was one of 14 UNC players held out of games during the 2010 season as the NCAA investigated the football program. He was ruled ineligible in November 2010 before being reinstated in February 2011.
