Bruce Carter has been an enigma in his four years with the Cowboys. So big, so fast, so athletic, so talented — the Cowboys believed they stole him when they found Carter in the second round of the 2011 NFL draft. He carried first-round value on their board but slid to the second because of a college knee injury.
