Something very unexpected appeared to happen at Kenan Stadium on Saturday: it looked like the Tar Heels spent so much energy on defeating Duke that they had absolutely nothing left for NC State. That’s the reverse of what has traditionally happened in the post-Spurrier era, as UNC-State has surpassed UNC-Duke as Carolina’s football rivalry of note. (GoHeels.com)
