Tar Heels Up to No. 15 In AP Basketball Poll

North Carolina is ranked No. 15 in this week’s Associated Press top 25 poll, moving up three spots from No. 18 last week. The Tar Heels also are up one spot to No. 16 in this week's ESPN/USA Today coaches poll as well. UNC split a pair of games last week, falling by a point to No. 13 Notre Dame (now up to No. 12) and coming from behind to beat No. 5 Louisville (now down to No. 6).
