Concussions End Nathan Staub's Playing Career

Reserve linebacker Nathan Staub announced on Thursday that concussions had ended his playing career at North Carolina. “I wanted to let you know I have medically retired from football,” Staub wrote in a statement. “I have had issues with concussions in the past, and this season made it clear to my doctors that it would not be wise to continue playing.”
