Tampa Bay signs Bruce Carter to 4-year deal

The Bucs made their first big splash in free agency on Wednesday afternoon, getting former Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter to sign a four-year deal. He's expected to step in as the team's new middle linebacker, replacing Mason Foster. Carter, 27, had five interceptions with the Cowboys in 2014, with 32 starts in his four years in Dallas.
