The North Carolina Tar Heels advanced to the ACC tournament semifinals to face the Virginia Cavaliers after their 70-60 win against the Louisville Cardinals. The win boosted UNC coach Roy Williams past former Kansas coach Phog Allen with 747 wins. Here are five observations from the Tar Heels' win:
